At check-in, please present your confirmation letter or voucher along with your identity card or passport. If you have any special requests, feel free to email the resort ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure top-notch service.
We offer a complimentary daytime shuttle bus service to Bansko, the Lidl supermarket, and the Pirin Golf Club. Additionally, you can book excursions, adventures, yoga sessions, and spa treatments either prior to your arrival or directly at reception (subject to availability). Golf bookings can also be made at reception.
For your convenience, car hire can be arranged, and the hotel is happy to organize transfers for you as needed.
