Guests and extra beds prices
The Balkan Jewel hotel allows you to invite more guests. Adults and children at the age of 12 can sleep on extra beds for an additional price. The amount of the price is calculated according to the season and the previously chosen offer.
Children accommodation - conditions and pricing
Prices and conditions for children accommodation are as follow:
- Children under the age of six are free of charge.
- Children between the age of six and twelve can sleep on an extra bed for a small additional fee. The amount depends on the season and the chosen price package.
- Children older than 12 years are charged as adults.
Additional payment for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
Every offer comes with different terms & conditions. If dinner is not included in the initial offer, you can discuss the matter with the staff at our reception desk. For a small fee dinner will be included in your package. The amount of the fee depends on the season and availability.
The Balkan Jewel hotel allows its guests to decide where they will be eating their meals. Guests can choose between the hotel’s restaurant and our room service.
Can I cancel a prepaid offer?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may happen at all times. Therefore, we provide our guests with the opportunity to cancel even prepaid reservations. They may even get a refund.*
