Hotel Balkan Jewel gives you the opportunity to take advantage of the possibility of accommodating an additional number of guests. Adults and children over 12 years of age can be accommodated in an extra bed for a fee. The price of the surcharge is determined by the type of offer selected and the season for which it is intended.

Accommodation of children is determined depending on their age:

• Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge.
• Children, between 6 and 12 years of age, are accommodated for a fee, which depends on the conditions of the package and the season.
• Children aged 12 and over are accommodated in a separate bed, for a fee, which depends on the conditions of the package and the season.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner conditions may vary depending on the package selected. If dinner is not included in the price of the package, it can be paid additionally at the reception. The price for this service is determined by the season. Hotel Balkan Jewel tries to provide maximum comfort to all its guests, as they have the right to choose for themselves whether to eat in the restaurant or take advantage of the possibility of room service
