If you are on a trip to Bansko with your colleagues, but you also have to work during that time, you can make use of one of the two halls. The conference hall provides 150 seating places, and the seminar one is much smaller and can accommodate up to 25 people, but it has a spectacular view of the Opal apartments. The hotel also offers spacious space with great lighting that is perfect for various workshops.
You don’t have to bring any additional equipment, because the halls have anything any business might need – a flipchart and multimedia are just some examples. We can even provide a laptop should you not have one. You can present all of your presentations easily on the white screen in the hall. Should you need any additional sound systems or microphones, Balkan Jewel can provide you with such. To give you the best possible experience, our staff will take care of everything you might need.
All conference halls are equipped with comfortable chairs, tables, air conditioning, high-quality video equipment, and WiFi. The conference room is open and ready to use between 9:00-21:00. Feel free to contact us in advance should you need to use it in a different time frame.
The conference room can be used free of charge when a guest is checked in.
The hotel’s amenities are all meant to be used by our guests only. The only exception here is the restaurant. Depending on the availability and the season, people who are not our guests may use the restaurant.
