Luxury Chalet - Balkan Jewel Resort & Chalets

The latest additions to Balkan Jewel are the fully furnished luxury villas, which are located 500 meters from the hotel. They are completely secluded and offer their visitors maximum comfort and tranquility. The villas have one master suite with bathroom and two separate bedrooms with one bathroom. The villas have a large kitchen with dining area and living room, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, only one has a bath and shower, laundry / storage room, yard. The capacity of the villas is up to 8 people. If you want to get away from the city or hotel noise, these villas are the perfect place for you.

Accommodation rules

Check-in at Balkan Jewel hotel happens after 2:00 p.m, and check-out must take place before 12:00 p.m. To keep Balkan Jewel a clean and welcoming place for every guest, smoking in the hotel’s rooms is strictly prohibited. There are special smoking areas in the hotel’s open spaces.

Children accommodation - conditions and pricing

Prices and conditions for children accommodation are as follow:

Children under the age of six are free of charge.
Children between the age of six and twelve can sleep on an extra bed for a small additional fee. The amount depends on the season and the chosen price package.
Children older than 12 years are charged as adults.

Pet accommodation - conditions and pricing

To give you the best possible experience, The Balkan Jewel hotel allows you to bring your pet with you. There is a daily charge for pets. The charge is 10 leva per day. If you want to bring your pet with you, please inform us before your arrival, preferably when you are completing your reservation.

Guests and extra beds prices

The Balkan Jewel hotel allows you to invite other guests that will help you have an unforgettable experience. All guests sleep on extra beds for a small fee. The amount of the fee depends on the season and the price package.

Food and beverages

Most accommodation offers at the Balkan Jewel hotels come with breakfast. Some of them also give you the opportunity to have dinner included. You can choose whichever option when making a reservation.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 am. Dinner is served between 19:00 to 21:00 pm.

We provide lunches for corporate and other events after previous discussions.

Additional fees

You don’t have to pay any additional fees. The only exception here is some of our additional services, like fireplaces, laundry/ironing, SPA services, etc.
