Check-in at Balkan Jewel hotel happens after 2:00 p.m, and check-out must take place before 12:00 p.m. To keep Balkan Jewel a clean and welcoming place for every guest, smoking in the hotel’s rooms is strictly prohibited. There are special smoking areas in the hotel’s open spaces.
Children accommodation - conditions and pricing
Prices and conditions for children accommodation are as follow:
- Children under the age of six are free of charge.
- Children between the age of six and twelve can sleep on an extra bed for a small additional fee. The amount depends on the season and the chosen price package.
- Children older than 12 years are charged as adults.
Pet accommodation - conditions and pricing
To ensure the best possible experience, your pet is warmly welcomed at The Balkan Jewel Hotel with a daily fee of 15 leva.
If you plan to bring your pet, please let us know in advance, ideally when completing your reservation.
Surcharge for guests on extra bed

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., and dinner is available between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. For corporate events and other occasions, we also offer lunch upon prior arrangement.
