Laundry Services
Our cleaners offer laundry and ironing services for a small fee. Laundry dropped off at Reception by 10:00am will be returned by 8:00pm the same day. Items received after 10:00am will be returned the next day. Ask Reception for the price list.
Security
Balkan Jewel Resort offers 24-hour security to ensure the safety of all guests.
Parking
We provide complimentary parking for all guests, either in our two basement garages or along our private ring road.
Internet Connection/Wi-Fi
Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi in all residences and common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and reception.
Shuttle Bus
The Balkan Jewel shuttle bus provides scheduled service to and from Bansko town center, the Bansko Gondola Lifts, and the Pirin Golf & Country Club.
Transfers
We are pleased to arrange airport transfers upon request. Please check rates with the Reception desk.
Transport
Balkan Jewel Resort offers transportation to any location in Bulgaria or nearby, including Greece, upon special request. Please inquire about prices at the Reception desk.
Taxi Service
Balkan Jewel can arrange taxi pick-up and drop-off to and from the resort. Please coordinate with the Reception desk.
Car Hire
Our Resort offers rent-a-car service from the Reception desk on request.
DVD Rentals
Balkan Jewel offers a selection of over 1,000 DVDs. Please inquire at Reception for the complete list. DVDs are available to rent for 2 BGN per day, with a 20 BGN deposit, refundable upon return.
Bicycles Rental
Whether you're looking to explore the region by bike or get some exercise, you can rent our bicycles for 15 BGN per adult and 10 BGN per child.
Book Library
Balkan Jewel offers a wide selection of books for guests to enjoy free of charge. Please inquire at the Reception desk.
Events Organisation
Balkan Jewel can organize a variety of events for you, from corporate seminars, conferences, meetings, and team-building activities to weddings and family celebrations.

Doctor on Call
We can arrange for a doctor to be brought to the Resort at a charge, on request.
Babysitting
Babysitting services are available upon request for an additional charge.
Baby cots
Balkan Jewel offers baby cots and high chairs for rent at 5 BGN per day each. Please inquire about availability and make your request at Reception.
Cleaning
The daily quick cleaning of your room does not include the kitchen area (washing dishes, cleaning the oven, and heating plates). This service is available for an additional charge of 10 BGN and can be requested at Reception.

Where and how to make a reservation?
All reservations, regardless of the type of service and its price, are completed at the reception desk. Our paid services are pre-paid. For more information on prices depending on the service, please contact us.
When to make a reservation?
To make sure you will be able to make a reservation, you must inform our staff at the reception desk as soon as possible. Reservations are completed at least 24 hours between the service.*
* For weddings, corporate events, and any other activities, you must save the date a few months in advance.
Can I cancel a prepaid service?
You are allowed to cancel a prepaid service after contacting an employee at the reception desk. Depending on the type of service, you might get a refund.
Is there a discount for bigger groups of people?
Groups bigger than 20 people can benefit from a 10% discount on the price. For even bigger groups, please contact us for more information.
