Check-in at Balkan Jewel hotel happens after 2:00 p.m, and check-out must take place before 12:00 p.m. To keep Balkan Jewel a clean and welcoming place for every guest, smoking in the hotel’s rooms is strictly prohibited. There are special smoking areas in the hotel’s open spaces.
Children accommodation - conditions and pricing
Prices and conditions for children accommodation are as follow:
- Children under the age of six are free of charge.
- Children between the age of six and twelve can sleep on an extra bed for a small additional fee. The amount depends on the season and the chosen price package.
- Children older than 12 years are charged as adults.
Pet accommodation - conditions and pricing
To ensure the best possible experience, your pet is warmly welcomed at The Balkan Jewel Hotel with a daily fee of 15 leva.
